John Okafor

In April 2023, John became an Assistant Consultant at BWD, having previously worked for another recruitment agency. He is responsible for managing our Investment, Pensions & Actuarial division in the United States, working alongside Harry McNeill. John is highly regarded in his specialized markets and has established strong relationships with numerous high-profile clients. He recruits candidates for a variety of positions, from junior to executive-level. Alongside his professional work, John is also a semi-professional rugby player and a passionate supporter of Manchester United.
