Jordan brings over 15 years of recruitment expertise, joining BWD in 2009. As a longstanding senior member of the team, he now leads our Legal practice, specialising in placing high-calibre legal professionals within the financial services sector. His focus is on partnering with senior legal functions; General Counsel, Heads of Legal, and compliance leadership, to deliver strategic hiring solutions. Jordan has led multiple high-profile projects, including an exclusive global migration for a major banking group, and is regularly called upon to present market intelligence to Boards and executive leadership teams.
