Investment Management & Private Banking Salary Census 2022/23

This survey, conducted independently of any FS employer, gathers information from professionals within Investment Management and Private Banking. 

206 individuals of all experience levels from across the country participated in the survey via an online, confidential questionnaire in April and May 2023. They provided data on salaries and bonuses for 2022/23. The census was carried out to gain insight into how job title, gender, ethnicity, location, and qualifications affect salaries and bonuses in the industry.


This census is of value to:
