The BWD Financial Planner Earnings & Benefits Census 2025/26 questionnaire is now live, and we’re inviting Financial Advisers and Financial Planners across the UK to take part.

For over a decade, the BWD Census has provided a trusted, independent view of adviser remuneration, built entirely on confidential responses from professionals working in the market.

This year’s Census focuses exclusively on Financial Advisers and Planners and will provide insight into:

  • Remuneration structures across the market
  • How earnings differ by experience, firm type, and location
  • How packages and bonuses are evolving
  • What’s influencing earnings changes, including shifts in bonus structures, what bonuses are measured against, and sentiment around wider economic and market conditions

By participating, you help shape a benchmark that is widely used by advisers and business owners alike when reviewing pay, bonuses, and retention strategies.

As a thank you, participants will:

  • Receive early access to the full Census report
  • Be entered into a £250 Amazon voucher prize draw (or equivalent charitable donation)

All responses are completely anonymous and used only in aggregated form.

We really appreciate your time and contribution.
