Head of Key Accounts - Professional Services

A leading Wealth Management firm are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead key accounts within the professional services sector, driving business development and fostering impactful partnerships with leading firms. You'll be bridging the gap between the firms Investment Managers and Financial Planners and professional services accounts.

 

This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in distribution, managing high-performing teams and having influenced significant business opportunities and sizeable investment levels.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of business strategies with key professional services accounts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with professional connections, particularly within professional services firms, to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop and manage a small, high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.

 

About You:

• Commercially astute with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in business development and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Confident, resilient, and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in the professional services and Wealth Management sectors

 

Basic salary ranges from £130k-£150k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
