As a Senior Manager for the Pensions Administration, you’ll play a seminal role in driving growth in the Croydon Pensions Administration team.

 

Your Role: You will guide a dedicated group of pension administrators. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clear direction and expectations to the team
• Sustain employee well-being and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Managing large projects to ensure timely and well-budgeted delivery.
• Serving as a liaison between various teams outside of pensions administration, such as actuarial and projects.
• Building strong partnerships with leaders from various departments to enhance service quality and foster growth.
• Attending Trustee and client meetings, collaborating with Key stakeholders to cultivate connections with existing/prospective clients.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a senior pension administration role at a consultancy firm.
• A track record of managing multiple projects and people effectively.
• Confidence in engaging with clients and delivering compelling presentations.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and value addition.
• Experience in identifying new business and profit opportunities.
